Privacy and Storage in the re8 Demo

The demo saves balance and fractional carry locally. Pages load Google Fonts and Statinside; no blanket data-handling guarantees follow from the absence of accounts.

Which wallet entries persist

The virtual-coin balance and fractional carry are saved in this browser’s localStorage. They survive ordinary reloads in the same profile while storage is available. A different browser profile has its own storage. Browser deletion or storage restrictions can change persistence.

Cache and site data are different

Clearing cached images and files may leave localStorage intact. To remove wallet entries, use your browser’s controls for this site’s stored data. Removing those entries starts a fresh local wallet; it does not reverse a completed spin or create a monetary claim.

Fonts and the visitor counter

Pages load Google Fonts stylesheets and font files and include the Statinside counter. These requests are separate from the local wallet. This guide does not claim that the wallet entries are the only information involved in accessing a web page.

Accounts and payments

This demonstration has no account-login or payment flow. That interface fact does not establish the absence of personal-data processing by hosting or third-party services, nor a particular retention or deletion policy.

Storage during settlement

A captured stake is saved as deducted when a spin starts. On settlement, the integer gross credit and updated fractional carry are saved. Restore balance retains carry. Reloading an unfinished spin does not restore its captured stake.

Limits of this page

This page describes observed storage and requests for this guide. It supplies no verified data policy for an outside re8 business and makes no guarantee of anonymity, encryption, no profiling or a particular server retention period.

Frequently asked questions

Does clearing the cache reset the wallet?

Not necessarily. Cached files and local site data are separate categories in browser controls. Removing this site’s local storage removes the saved wallet entries.

Are there third-party requests?

Yes. The pages load Google Fonts and the Statinside counter. Their presence is distinct from local wallet storage.

Does no login mean no personal data are processed?

No. The absence of an account form does not establish how hosting and third-party services handle requests.
